sweet! That's all it takes to get started! if you haven't done so already and you have space for it you could add a glass of water to where the candle is. That'll really pump things up!

Yes! I used a 7 day white candle & I wanna make it a point to ALWAYS have a 7 day white candle running just like I always got a red candle going that represents me.
It sucks that it all has to be done in one room.

i honour my ancestors, starting with those closest to me first.. my own parents, who are both passed. i keep their photo above my alter.. i was born and raised on an Indian Reserve and i honour my ancestors and my heritage.. i light candles for them and talk to daily.. i would love to hear how others honour theirs!
